You may order in the webshop without opening an account  by:

1. selecting your items and then clicking on check-out;
2. choosing to order without log-in
3. give your name; email address; shipping address; phone number (to facilitate delivery); credit card details;
4. check your order;
5. press confirm; and
6. print out your confirmed order.

You will be sent an email confirmation of receipt of the order.

Each time you place an order in this way you will be required to enter your information as a new customer and you will be unable to access records of your previous orders.

You may place an order in the webshop opening an account by:

1. Selecting your items and then clicking on Check-out
2. Choosing to log-in
3. Give your name; email address; shipping address; phone number (to facilitate delivery);credit card details;
4. check your order;
5. press confirm; and
6. print out your confirmed order.

You will be sent an email confirmation of receipt of the order.

a) Each time you return, by entering your email address and a password you have selected. You will be able to:

i) view your purchases within the past 12 months,
ii) create and amend your wish list,
iii) make data protection choices,
iv) receive occasional information about new items being added to the shop and
v) information about Waterways Ireland events and activities.

Any orders you place without opening the account will not be registered in the account.
b) If you are unable to remember your password, you will be prompted by the system.
